Even though we packed each package well before shipment, 2PIN wires of inside hard LED strip may be loose during transportation because of shaking and bumping. But it's not a big problem. After connecting 2PIN wires to original places, the LED bar light will work normally. If you mind this situation or do not have any soldering experience, it's not suggested to buy this LED bar light. 2)The body of this led bar light is made of Aluminum. So it will be bendable slightly during shipping. But don't worry, we 100% guarantee that the led bar light can light up and work well after correcting the shape. Attached related picture.
